Grivory HB 7187 LV natural is a lactam free copolyamide, especially developed for high barrier PET- bottle solutions. Excellent oxygen and carbon dioxide barrier at both, low and high relative humidity conditions. Highly transparent at thin thickness. Suitable as barrier layer in injection stretch blow moulded containers e.g. PET bottles. Even better gas barrier properties after steam sterilisation and orientation. Very good water vapour barrier by polyamide standards. Grivory HB 7187 LV natural is suitable as barrier layer for three layer application and blend partner in PET-bottles. Low viscosity high Barrier grade with faster crystallisation speed, Tm 234°C, Tg 89°C
